Grab a friend, spouse, or gym buddy (or go solo if you prefer). The winning partnership will be the team that loses the most body fat percentage combined! (Example: If one partner drops 1.5% and the other drops 2%, their total is 3.5%—this is NOT an average!)

No food is off-limits. Eat whatever you want—tacos, pizza, margaritas—you name it! Just hit your calorie and protein goals or prescribed portions, and you’re golden.
