10:00am

  • 2 scoops UMP (Ultimate Muscle Protein) in water

  • Super Pak Multivitamin

12:30pm

  • 6 oz. streak

  • Greens salad w/ oil&vinegar

  • Mock mashed potatoes

2:30pm

  • 2 scoops UMP

5:30pm

  • 6 oz. pork roast

  • Mixed vegetables
