Get ready to lace up and hit the ground running (or walking)! Our 4-week STEP into Fall Challenge: Miles for MusclesĀ kicks off on the first day of Fall, Monday, 9/22Ā and runs through Monday, 10/20.


This challenge is all about getting outside, moving your body, and enjoying the fresh fall air—whether that means solo steps, family walks, or team miles with friends. It’s a chance to unplug from the chaos of daily life while building community, family time, and a stronger YOU.


Here’s how it works:


šŸ‘Ÿ Each class time is a TEAM – get your class amped and get ready to rack up those miles.

This challenge is designed for ALL fitness levels—walk, jog, run, hike, or however you love to move. The goal is simple: get out, get active, and build momentum together!


Coach Ashley will reach out to you individually each Saturday to get your total mileage for the week via email.
