How Our March Madness Fitness Challenge Brought Out the Best in Every Class

All through March, we hosted an in-house March Madness Challenge—and it quickly became one of the most exciting and competitive events we’ve run.


This wasn’t just about showing up for your workout.

This was class vs class.


Each week included a group-focused finisher where points were earned and added to the leaderboard. And from the very beginning, it was tight. No class ran away with it. Every single week mattered.


The challenge was designed to test more than just physical strength.


We hit all angles:

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Mental toughness

  • Teamwork


And that last one might have been the most important.


You could feel the energy shift in the room. Classes were cheering each other on, pushing harder during finishers, and showing up with a little extra motivation knowing their effort contributed to something bigger.


When it all came down to the final results, our 6:45 class took home the Championship title—and they earned every bit of it.


A special shoutout goes to Kaylee from the 6:45 class, who held a static hang for an incredible 2:14 to secure a big win. That’s the kind of grit and determination that defines this community.


At the end of the day, this challenge was about more than points or prizes.

It was about showing up, pushing limits, and doing it together.


And that’s exactly what happened.
