From Fear to Confidence: How Brittany Conquered Lunges One Step at a Time


When Brittany first joined us, she had one big goal—to get stronger without re-injuring her knees. Any lunge variation made her uneasy, and for good reason. Past injuries can make movement feel intimidating, but with the right approach, anything is possible.


We started small. Banded squats built her confidence and stability. TRX-assisted movements gave her support while still challenging her muscles. Over time, her range of motion improved, her balance sharpened, and her mindset shifted.


Today, Brittany is proudly crushing rear foot elevated split squats for the first time! This moment didn’t happen overnight—it was built through patience, consistency, and trust in the process.
