What’s it really like to train in a group setting at Get Fit NH? We hear this question a lot—especially from people who are curious but unsure if it’s “too much.”
Here’s the truth: our sessions are designed with intention, structure, and support. Even when we have 35 people in the room, our coaching system keeps things organized, efficient, and personal. Our team is trained to coach each individual, by name, with form corrections, encouragement, and custom cues.
No class is ever exactly the same, but our approach is rock solid across all eight weekly sessions. Right now, we’re in our strength tracking phase, which makes it the best time to jump in.
