Let’s Talk About Your Strategy

The New Year kicked off with something truly special at Get Fit New Hampshire.

Our New Year’s Day pop-up workout brought 61 people into the gym at the same time, marking the largest group Coach Megan has ever coached in her 13-year career. No RSVP. No expectations. Just people showing up ready to move—and the energy was unreal.

What made it even more powerful wasn’t just the number of people in the room, but the reminder it brought: community, consistency, and adaptability create impact. Whether it’s 20 people or 60, the work gets done when the support system is strong.

As we step into the new year, Coach Megan shared an important reflection—one that applies far beyond the gym:

The strategy you’re using right now… how is that working for you?

If you’ve been setting the same goals year after year—losing weight, gaining strength, improving your relationship with food—and finding yourself stuck in the same cycle, it may not be a motivation issue. It may be a strategy issue.

Getting honest about what you’ve tried, what’s worked, and what hasn’t is the first step toward real change. Progress doesn’t come from repeating the same approach and hoping for a different result. It comes from adjusting the plan and getting support when needed.

This year’s word at Get Fit NH is impact—reaching more people and creating lasting change in our community. And moments like this workout prove that when people show up consistently and intentionally, impact follows.

If you’re ready to approach your goals differently this year, help is available. You don’t have to do it alone—and your strategy can change everything.
