You're Stronger Than You Think

There is absolutely NOTHING more exciting to me than showing people what they CAN do.

Every day, people walk into the gym carrying a list of reasons they think they can't.

I'm too old.

I've never been athletic.

I have bad knees.

I'm not strong enough.

The truth is, we live in a world that is quick to point out limitations. That's why finding someone who believes in what you're capable of can change everything.

If you can't find that belief on your own, find someone who can help uncover it.

That's what I get to do every single day.

Strong doesn't have to look the same for everyone.

For some people, strength means deadlifting twice their bodyweight.

For others, it means carrying groceries without help, getting off the floor with ease, hiking with family, or feeling confident enough to try something new.

There isn't one definition of strong.

But there are a few things that strong almost always creates.

Strong means independence.

Strong means confidence.

Strong gives you the ability to keep doing the things you love for years to come.

Every workout is about building more than muscle. It's about building a body that supports the life you want to live.

That's why I'll choose strength every single time.

Because strong beats frail every freaking time.

And if you need me, I'll be coaching deadlifts until death do us part.
