Miles for Muscles Challenge Recap: 4,806 Miles of Team Spirit and Grit!

When we kicked off the Miles for Muscles Challenge, we knew our Get Fit NH community would rise to the occasion—but you absolutely blew us away. Over four weeks, our classes logged a total of 4,806 miles!
This challenge was all about consistency, teamwork, and finding ways to move outside of class. Each class competed for the highest average miles per person per week, and the results were nothing short of amazing:
5:00 AM – 36 miles
7:20 AM – 34 miles
8:30 AM – 34 miles
4:15 PM – 27 miles
6:10 AM – 26 miles
6:45 PM – 16 miles
From early-morning runs to extra evening walks, our community proved that small daily steps add up to something powerful. More than just a numbers game, the challenge built camaraderie, accountability, and a little friendly competition that made everyone stronger.
We’re incredibly proud of the effort, enthusiasm, and heart that went into every mile. Here’s to staying active, connected, and unstoppable—on and off the training floor.
