Tight muscles and tight schedules?
Start your fall morning off right with Coach Lydia with a slow morning breathwork and mobility session where we will be working on slow, full body stretching and mobility centered around our breath.
Guided from start to finish, our first ever Wednesday Morning Mobility class will take place on Wednesday, October 8th for 50 Minutes. Classes are scheduled for 6:10am, 7:20am, and 8:30am with Coach Lydia. Only $20 to join!
