Pop-Up Pilates Round 3!!

Our Pop Up Pilates continues on for another round on Saturday, August 16th at 8:00 AM, again with Coach Meghan! Meghan is a former personal trainer who has expanded her expertise into Pilates. She has a passion for fitness and motivates others to live a healthy, happy life!


Whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or trying it out for the first time, this workout is designed to get you moving, stretching, and feeling good in your skin. Come solo or bring a workout partner. This class is suitable for any fitness level and will leave you feeling strong and energized for the day!
