We heard you reeaaaaally enjoyed the last full body strength and conditioning pop up workout, so we figured we should do another one with some new exercises!

Ready to challenge your whole body? This full-body pop-up workout is designed to push your limits and keep things fun. We’ll be breaking the session into 6-minute rounds, each one targeting a different muscle group.
Expect strength, conditioning, and that “I’m stronger than I thought” feeling by the end. Come ready to work hard, sweat a little (or a lot), and leave proud of what your body can do.
All levels welcome. Bring a friend, bring your energy, and let’s see what you’ve got.
