We’re kicking off 2026 with a high-energy pop-up full-body strength and conditioning workout that’s designed to make you feel strong, accomplished, and just the right amount of sore (the good kind).


Join Coach Ashley on Saturday, January 24th at 8:00 AM for a workout that blends strength, conditioning, and smart intensity—think powerful lifts, heart-pumping intervals, and movements that make you feel like an athlete. This session is approachable for all fitness levels but spicy enough to remind you why you train!


✨ 2026 Theme: “Stronger Than Yesterday”

No resolutions. No pressure. Just showing up and putting in the work. This workout is about momentum—stacking wins early in the year and carrying that energy forward.


Bonus: Everything is better with a buddy. Invite a friend, family member, or workout partner and make it a Saturday morning tradition. Sweat together, suffer together, celebrate together, however you view it, it's together!
