Single Arm Racked KB Farmer’s Carry: Do’s & Don’ts

The single-arm racked kettlebell farmer’s carry isn’t just a grip test—it builds core stability, posture, and real-world strength. But only if you carry it right.

Here’s Coach Dylan’s quick-hit list of what to do (and what not to do):

Do:

  • Keep your hand and fist in your body’s midline

  • Hold the weight in front, not off to the side

  • Resist letting it pull you forward

  • Brace your core

Don’t:

  • Lean back

  • Flare your arm out

  • Rest the bell on your shoulder\

Dial these cues in, and every step gets stronger, safer, and more effective.
