Our strength tracking phase at Get Fit NH brought out serious hustle, energy, and determination from every corner of the gym. From barbell PRs to steady progress in form and consistency, our community showed up and put in the work—and the results spoke for themselves.
We saw big lifts, powerful pushes, and a whole lot of high-fives. The energy in each session was contagious, and it reminded us just how much progress can happen when we stay focused and keep showing up.
We’re beyond proud of every rep, every improvement, and every goal you all smashed during this phase. Strength isn’t just about numbers—it’s about showing up for yourself, supporting your teammates, and proving what you’re capable of.
