There’s just something special about a trap bar deadlift. It’s simple, powerful, and one of the quickest ways to truly feel your strength. Nothing boosts confidence quite like picking up heavy things and realizing you’re capable of more than you thought.
This week in the gym, the energy was high and the lifts were even higher. Our strong women showed up ready to move weight — and their form was absolutely beautiful. From steady pulls to confident lockouts, every rep said the same thing: you’re stronger than you realize.
And of course… it wouldn’t be a trap bar session without a few of Coach Meagan’s tricks. Whether it’s “just add a little more” or “you’ll be fine, trust me,” the surprise loading strategies keep everyone laughing (and lifting). Make sure to watch until the end — you’ll catch Nancy still warming up and giving us all a good chuckle.
Trap bar deadlifts are more than a lift. They’re a confidence builder, a strength booster, and a reminder that progress is built one rep at a time.
