Your Best Doesn’t Have to Look Like Anyone Else’s

Your best doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
It’s easy to look around the gym and compare your progress to the person next to you. Maybe they’re lifting more weight, moving faster, or doing something that you’re still working toward.
But their best isn’t your best.
Your progress is personal.
Maybe your new best is one more rep than you did last week. Maybe it’s adding a little more weight. Maybe it’s moving with better form or feeling more confident with an exercise.
Sometimes your best is simply showing up when you didn’t feel like it.
And sometimes it’s proving to yourself that you CAN do something you weren’t sure was possible.
Those moments matter because progress isn’t always about huge milestones. It’s about continuing to challenge yourself and recognizing the small wins along the way.
Just as Mark’s shirt states:
CREATE YOUR NEW BEST TODAY.
Then come back tomorrow and do it again.
That’s how progress happens. One workout, one rep, and one new best at a time.
